“What Child Is This” also known as “Greensleeves” is a Christmas carol whose lyrics were written by William Chatterton Dix in 1865 and later set to the tune of “Greensleeves”, a traditional English folk song.

I love playing and improvising over this Christmas classic song on both guitar and mandolin and prefer playing it in a jazz style. I will be singing this with a jazz trio vibe in the 2019 Christmas Holiday season.

In this One Man Band performance, I’m playing a RainSong Black Ice Series BI-WS1000N2 Graphite Carbon Fiber Acoustic-Electric Guitar with a Boss Me-80 guitar multi-effects pedal which goes into a Boss RC-30 Loop Pedal and finally through a Fishman Solo Performance System SA220 PA.
