🎶 Carol of the Bells – Walt Pitts Mandolin Cover (Instrumental Christmas Music)
Performed by Walt Pitts | Prime Vibe Music

Here’s my instrumental mandolin version of “Carol of the Bells”, one of my favorite holiday songs to play. It’s always a fun challenge, especially on the mandolin, and I love bringing a unique sound to this classic Christmas carol.

Originally composed by Mykola Leontovych in 1914 and with lyrics by Peter J. Wilhousky, “Carol of the Bells” is based on the Ukrainian folk chant “Shchedryk”. Over the years, this festive carol has become a beloved part of the holiday season, and I’m excited to bring my own twist to it.

For this One Man Band performance, I’m playing a Michael Kelly Acoustic-Electric Legacy Dragonfly Flame Mandolin with a Boss ME-80 guitar multi-effects pedal, running through a Boss RC-30 Loop Pedal and finally through a Fishman Solo Performance System SA220 PA.
