This includes sharing information with our program partners, message content providers, phone companies, and vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION, WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, LOAN, TRADE, LEASE OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER FOR PROFIT ANY PHONE NUMBERS OR CUSTOMER INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH PROGRAMS TO ANY THIRD PARTY. Nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. We receive Your personally identifiable information from various sources including when You voluntarily sign up for Our email list, when You contact Us regarding Walt Pitts’ (“Me,” “I,” and “My”) music and/or performance services, and when You hire Me to perform at Your venue. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that We do not control, including any third-party services that You elect to access via this Site.

We collect personal information about You that is necessary for Us to provide updates and information about Our products and services as You requested by joining Our email list, to allow You to obtain Our products and services (including live musical performances by Walt Pitts), and fulfill legal and regulatory requirements.

Both the amount and type of information collected will be limited to that which is necessary to fulfill these purposes. We collect and hold this information as long as reasonably necessary to give effect to these purposes and as legally required. We will keep Your information on Our email list until You withdraw Your consent, which you may do at any time by unsubscribing using the link provided on each email or contacting Us.

At any time, You may request that We update, correct, or delete Your personal information, and We will comply with such requests as permitted by law or contract. You may also request a copy of the personal information We have for You and information about how We are using it unless We are required or authorized by law to withhold such information. We do not sell or share Your information except as stated herein.

Please note: PVM is based in the United States. If You are a resident in the European Union and You voluntary send Us Your information, that may be a transfer of Your personal data from the EU to a non-EU country. Each individual who wants to be added to Our email list must add themselves. We do not add people to Our list.

Under California Civil Code § 1798.83-1798.84, California residents may ask Us for information about the categories of data We collected about them and shared with third parties for marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and provide the contact information for those third parties.
